If you've already purchased the incorrect size, we understand this can happen. Please email support@omnistees.com within 24 hours of placing the order and include your order number (ex. #12345) and the new size(s) you would like to update your order to.

If you are in need of an exchange, return or order assistance, please contact support@omnistees.com first to confirm the appropriate action to take.

Our policy lasts 30 days. Exchanges for a new size can be made once upon request. Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received the wrong item/size/color or a damaged item.

We ship Worldwide! FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 (except during site wide sale periods).

Many items on our site are made-to-order to allow for better quality control and product management. Please allow 2 business days for most items on our shop to be fulfilled.
